The Amazing Grace of God

Grace is unique to the Christian faith. We cannot narrow grace to just a specific area. Grace is both who Jesus is and how He works with us in our lives. We learn from Scriptures that God’s grace is the God-given provision in our times of trials, temptation and need. Seeing the importance of the grace of God in our lives, the way to position ourselves is firstly to approach the throne of grace and secondly, to be humble. We can either choose to be humble, by “emptying ourselves”, like how Jesus did (living a God-dependent life) or to allow the God-ordained circumstances in our lives to humble us. The feeling of helplessness and vulnerability should draw us to cling to Him and allow His Love and Presence to embrace us. Let us avail ourselves to the grace of God in our lives.
